The people upstairs from us must have had a child who was running and jumping and kept us awake late and up early.

For our needs, we found the location to be very convenient. It was an easy walk to downtown where there's plenty of restaurants and shops. The riverwalk was also very nice. The included breakfast was substantial and we were able to sit outside and enjoy the view of the river. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Tip: If you book direct with the hotel, you get better flexibility and are able to change rooms, get early check-in, etc. vs going through Booking.com.

We were lucky that our neighbors didn't stay up late, otherwise I think we would have been hearing them all night. We could definitely hear them walking around above us and when they used the sink/shower. We would have preferred a river view but were unable to make room changes due to the fact that we booked through a third-party service.
