"Need to hire front desk people."

Couldn't do a check in. I waited for 45 minutes. No front desk people on the building. Need a refund. I have to stay at another hotel.

It was right off the interstate and conveniently located by everything I needed.

The fact that I was not given the room that I reserved on this app. I reserved a king room but once we arrived some how I was given a queen room and charged more than what the king room was charging me for.

Although the room was clean the location was sketchy. The property was dated. Great value if you don't mind those things
