Inn at Port Gardner-Everett Waterfront, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Nice walking paths around the marina, good restaurants within walking distance.

Staff were grumpy as all get out, both at check-in and check-out. Welcomed was not the vibe my wife and I got. We ordered breakfast, and I ordered the steak breakfast burritos. There was not one solid piece of food matter in that burrito. It was a pureed mess. Something bought frozen, in bulk, and then microwaved. The room was pretty typical. Nothing stood out as exceptional. It was fine. Outside, in front of the hotel, there were mechanical doors in the sidewalk that were opened a bit. Nobody was around it, or in it, they were just open. I informed the staff at the front desk about it, suggesting maybe a couple of cones or something similar be placed to warn people, especially at night. Nothing had been done to remedy that situation.

Beds very comfy and pillows soft. Beautiful location and close to multiple nice restaurants.

It was wonderful, we did not have any concerns.

The location and everything else is ok.

Change the bed sheet often, not when you have to ask. Stayed almost 2 weeks and have to ask to change the bed & pillow sheets 3 time.
