"Very unhappy booked online but couldn’t stay"

Lady w blue hair was incompetent unaccountable and rude and unwilling to let me even use telephone also explained owner or management being scary

Check out time way to early Receptionists explain security deposit wrong, extra charges w no explanation etc

"Pleasant stay"

The hotel staff was exceptional. The facility was very nice and the room was large, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was nice - it was Jimmy Dean with fresh fruit, bagel and yogurt options delivered to our room. Very timely.

The bed was worn - there were divits in both sides of the bed where you could tell that heavier people had slept. We felt like we had to keep climbing out of the 'hole' we were sleeping in.
