We went our son’s wedding. This was their first time open for the year. Tia and crew made sure the Libby was warm and comfortable. The day of the wedding they had a nice fire burning in the grand ballroom and made sure all of guests were comfortable. It was a great day and the staff deserved a lot of credit for their efforts. The rooms were sufficient and we had ample parking. We would recommend this for your even.

Great place all around. For people looking, be aware that this place has limited WiFi, limited service, no coffee. Those were surely missed, but otherwise there were no complaints - - it was great.

Very quiet and cozy. Staff are attentive to needs and are accommodating. The lack of cellular reception offers a unique experience allowing for a connection to nature and our inner thoughts / feelings. They offer a book nooks board games and plenty of land to walk about and on site horses to allow for external stimulation. It’s close to Estes and Rocky Mountain National park.

Being a Taoist myself and planning a family trip to Estes Park I had to try this place out. I wasn’t disappointed. It is an amazing lodge. Huge lodge style lobby with fireplace. The place is so beautiful and peaceful. I rented 2 hostel rooms. They where very large, clean, and had a nice community area. Overall the entire place was awesome and we had a great experience there. We plan on going back soon.

Our stay was great, front desk service was excellent. Down side … no internet to make reservations to the parks,, we didn’t get room service during our stay.

I would look into other reviews besides Hotels.com, I tried to cancel my stay before arriving due to the negative reviews on all other sites, they rejected my request so decided to go and stay thinking it could not be that bad. There no wifi or tv but was not the end of the world to us. When arriving they actually were nice about us being a little late on check in. However when you arrive to the cabin its very out dated, entire building feels like you are falling off a mountain -5 degree slope. Yes I put my contractor level on the floors. one of the 3 heaters actually worked in the cabin, where they told me it was my responsibility to come up to the main cabin and tell them in the middle of the night when we figured it was 40 degrees inside. After day 1 we packed up and left and fought round and round to get our money back for 1 of the 3 days we had booked and spent money else where. That was the best lost $1000 ever. If you want the worst customer service I would talk to the owner Thea, and she will make you feel like you are the biggest piece of dog poop you have ever found. Other that that pretty views. Save your money and buy a tent or stay anywhere else.

Accomadating staff. Comfortable homelike atmosphere. Out of the way but not so isolated that you are isolated. No wifi or cellphone...both good and difficult. Nice get away!

This is NOT a place for ANYONE. There are no TVs, no internet. The rooms don't have their own microwaves and refrigerators. There IS a common area for those things. What you WILL find here is a peaceful, quiet retreat, where you can unwind and unplug and spend time relaxing. If i needed a week to be ablentonwork on one of my books, THIS would be where I'd love to go.

Morgan is an asset! He was able to tell us where to go for scenic things and suggested a great brewery! The sitting area is large and welcoming! We played some card games, there was very good music playing! Our night they had lentil soup which was delicious and the blueberry muffins in the morning was a delight! Will stay here again! Amazing staff, great location, beautiful atmosphere and comfy rooms!
