Front desk staff very friendly and extremely helpful.

Parking at this hotel is terrible especially if you have a big truck. The hotel is very rundown and in desperate need of renovation. The beds are terrible. I don’t think they’ve been changed in well over a decade. I could go on, but you get the gist. I wouldn’t recommend it but very limited. Decent options in Williams Lake.

Clean. Friendly staff when checking in.

After being treated badly with night staff the manager helped us Summer and the two other ladies Tracy and vanseka upgraded our room and also gave us a breakfast for free. Very happy with the service. Will go back again

A clean, quiet room. Bed was comfortable. Staff were super helpful

The exterior and common areas are a bit tired and dated but not really a problem

Das Hotel ist extrem abgewohnt! Der äußere Eindruck entspricht tatsächlich dem inneren. Ich kann tatsächlich sagen, dass dies das heruntergekommenste Hotel war, in dem ich jemals übernachtet habe. Wir haben uns überhaupt nicht wohl gefühlt! Die Flure schmutzig, die Lobby macht einen völlig anderen Eindruck , heruntergekommen. Die Zimmer sind ebenfalls extrem Sanierungsbedürftig.
