It was nice but decor was older. You need to take cabs to go where shopping and restaurants are located. Cars are around 60 into the main area and then another 60 back again. The breakfast was nice and the area to eat overlooked Positano… very pretty
Very hospitalable and clean room
View from the room was amazing but this come with a big price Google map was not updates properly which make it very hard to find the main car entrance, google map is directing toward an old abandoned pedestrian gate. The gentleman at the front desk was not enough helpful and bit rude. Access to the room is like solving a puzzle, need to use two elevators, and at least one stair and long corridor to arrive to the room, it took time to find the way each time. Not to mention
Hotel has great views. That really is the only thing going for it. The pool is nice but freezing! The hotel is desperately in need of updating. The rooms in the hotel are not great, but they are clean. The layout of the rooms around the building is insane and the location although pretty, is 400 steps from town. No one told us about the local bus, but once we found out about that it got easier. The area is stunning but so crazy busy I’d think twice about coming during the high season
Very nice, happy we went, it's not like some other 5 star hotels, but then again, you're not paying 1000 dollars a night for the room! Good value! We will return!
Very nice location and view from the balcony of the room. The breakfast was great. The room was spacious and clean. The scents from the Jasmine flowers was so nice on the hotel stairway. It made for a very relaxing visit to a busy area. The internet service was spotty and sometimes didn't work at all but kind of nice to stay disconnected and enjoy the local scene. We would stay again.
I did not like how far the property was from the coast line. Views were very limited but that was my mistake having no experience with the area. We were put in a very small room with no view at first then moved after the first night to a room with a better view and small terrace which was perfect until the AC did not work. I called the front desk and was told it was a problem throughout the hotel however, the other areas -hallways and common areas where very cool. They did bring a fan to the room which helped but did not make up for the lack of comfort one gets from AC.
The views were beautiful.
Room was big,perfect vue from the balcony but need ubdated for 2025 .
