Comfort Inn & Suites Mocksville I-40

The lobby was ok.

The rooms were very uncomfortable! The first room we were in had dead gnats all over the beds, smelled musty, and felt damp. The sink faucet was also dirty. The room we stayed in was not clean. Thankfully I brought sanitizing wipes. The desk was dirty with visible food residue on it. The lampshade was rusty and there was mold on the sheers . It felt very damp and smelled musty.

Lovely, clean, spacious. Would stay again.

It was convenient to everything. Staff were nice. Rooms needed some repair and updates.

The power went out for several hours and they did nothing to rectify the situation

The hotel was very clean and well managed. The breakfast buffet was good and well attended. Pool crystal clear. Rodney at check in was helpful, friendly and efficient.

Not worth what they charge for the rooms. Our lamp shades were rusty and dripping with gross brown water marks, the curtains were filthy and the whole place had a certain stink to it. It was loud with people’s dogs barking all day/night. The washer/dryer were tiny and old. Only ice maker was on the first floor and the elevator takes forever to only having 3 floors total. We won’t be staying here again but the staff and people were nice.
