Quality Inn Hazlehurst

Check in was easy with a nice lobby and friendly front desk person. Most of the hotel could use a little updating but hard to complain at this price point.

Very outdated rooms smelled very uncomfortable beds don't think they have been changed ever. Nothing as expected from web page

Hotel was outdated and not very nice. I would not stay there again

We booked this hotel online while driving through the town. When we arrived a little after midnight, staff was rude about booking online and acted like it was an inconvenience. Staff was very upset to be bothered and rude to the point where we just said forget it and drove across the street to a different motel.

They need to clean up more cause I found a womans panties under the nite stand

The staff was courteous, the bathroom was very clean and the room too.

Rude employee, never breakfast made, beds hard as a brick on 45 year old mattresses and the TV in my room was 30 years old.

My flight was extremely late and I did not get to the hotel until 3:30AM. I woke up the clerk and he tried to charge my card twice for the room that had already been paid for. I did find it interesting that the rate on Expedia was $65 but the rate he would have charged me as a walk in was $50.00.

There is a need to shampoo the room carpet.
