All was great as usual.

Location, cleanliness

The vending machine took my money and the bag of chips got stuck, no refund or credit was provided when shown to front desk staff

Richard, who checked us in, was very nice, and the rooms were lovely. The shower was great, and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the decently sized refrigerator and the Dove bathroom products.

The breakfast was pretty basic. Not bad, just lacking in options.

More than everything i have enjoyed the reception lady which drive also the shuttle to airport she is so kind, helpful, My best score to her

Close to airport

Not friendly staff. Old room. Broken bed. Run down.

Room was fine tho it lacked a microwave; but there was one in the breakfast room to use, which worked well. I asked for a top floor and they did give me that, and their elevator is right at the lobby vs one of the other nearby hotels where you have to lug your suitcases etc way down a hall. I also like that the hotel sits a bit back off the main road, tho its likely not busy at night anyway. shuttle was free but only ran once an hour; still can't complain. They had original (not sweet- yay) oatmeal; I usually cannot eat anything at the breakfasts as I am gluten free

Shuttle twice an hour would be preferable Of course you hear some planes taking off but can't expect anything else since you are right at the airport. For me it was not a problem

The room I stayed in smelled funny. The cleanliness was not the best.

The inconsistency of rates from one week to the next. Also, my bedding had someone's dried blood on it. Was not expecting that and that is why I marked a couple of categories lower.
