Americas Best Value Inn - Gaylord

Location was good.

Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was very limited....coffee was not very good.

Easy off and on from freeway

Breakfast was make do could needs a little upgrade.

Hotel is clean rooms are really great TVs were nice like that I had a fridge and a microwave in the room at no extra cost price point was perfect was close to everything you could possibly want to do in the area and really close to the State Park which is beautiful and the elk Park which is also a really beautiful place and fun place for the kids breakfast was good manager and cleaning staff are great.

When we originally booked there was a picture of the pool and hot tub area on the booking page and on their website and unfortunately the pool area was closed but it's not a big deal because the state park has the most beautiful clear water and a really soft Sandy Beach and I'd rather have been out and about with the kids anyway all in all this place is almost as perfect as they come for this price point the staff does a really great job

Price wasn't terrible.

The whole hotel and our room especially smelled like Indian food. The bathroom was filthy and smelled terrible like old wet towels. There was a small cockroach in the bathroom. Stairs and hallway smelled terrible and the carpet gross and stained. The bedding was stained, the comforter looked like it had never been cleaned. The breakfast was disappointing, stale bread and bagels, couple of yogurt cups and a waffle maker...

The price, and right off the expressway.

There was no Elevator for the second floor, and Air conditioner was loud. The pictures show a pool and hot tub but there wasn't one.
