The room was clean, overall clean facility

I didn't care for the customer service up front, not very welcoming, breakfast was disappointing, presentation was a no go

Thin walls. Could hear room upstairs, next door, and hallway. Used ear plugs to sleep.

Clean nice room , friendly managers, great room for the price. Much better than I had hoped.

The room appeared to be clean.

It reminded me of facilities I have experienced in remoter areas of Asia: functional, perfunctory, very old-fashioned, but not service-oriented. Upon arrival, you have to use a Courtesy Phone for assistance rather than seeing a smiling face at the desk. When the manager arrives, he's listening to another conversation on speaker phone while checking you in. The person working when I arrived was neither pleasant nor unpleasant, just doing his job. The bed choice as arranged online was not what I was assigned. Although the facility appears to be newer, the room smells of old cigarettes and wet dog. The breakfast area was messy, unsanitary and not well-supplied. The hotel was quite noisy in the morning, and the man working in Housekeeping knocked on my door well before check-out time to see if he could clean the room. When I asked for a receipt upon leaving, I was given the carbon copy of the check-in card I filled out by hand myself, not a printed receipt. I will not stay again.
