"Unexpected fees"

Be aware they charged us a $10.00 fee for swiping our credit card …and not once twice as I sit here at home I see they hit my card for another $10:00 what…so what you pay is more then you expect….by law additional fees are to be posted..glad I check my bank account often!

I booked a room that they don’t provide anymore and played extra for it. Spoke with customer service and have not received an email like they said I would get. They don’t have a room with a jacuzzi if you are looking to book that room and it’s still on here.

"Won’t stay there again"

Location.

Staff, especially the lady working the counter were especially nasty and seemed like we were bothering her when asking for things for room. We had 6 guests and had pullout couch, needed linens for it for 2 people and when asked were only given 1 pillow and one sheet and blanket. The room had trash on floor for previous guests around the beds and behind the couch and was not cleaned very well.

The gentleman at the front desk when I arrived was so friendly. He was the last friendly person I would encounter at this hotel. It was " ok" as far as clean, corners obviously don't get attention. The hotel apparently has a towel shortage. I contemplated going out to buy my own. The ladies at the front desk were extremely rude and condescending.
