Spacious, clean

Hotel itself was fine. Front desk attendant was annoying. Called the day before to verify my reservation and collect info for check in. Then sent a text with a link to put in the same info. When we arrived, same lady that I was on the phone with the day before asks for the same exact information I had already given her twice. All that was just a little annoying, but then the morning of check out, the same lady calls the room to tell us we had 30 minutes to check out. I have never had someone call the room just to tell us we need to check out before the actually check out time. A very annoying experience. Won't recommend

Great stay

This venue had the cleanest best laid out breakfast of all the 12 motels we stayed in. The shuttlebus was good but booking.com should tell people to call hotel when ready to be picked up.We waited an hour for bus that wasnt coming until contact.

The property mentioned a free airport shuttle on the website. That was the main reason I booked this property. However at the hotel, I was told that the shuttle operates only from 6 am. I had to book a cab on my own as I had to leave the hotel by 5:30 am.

The room was great, the hotel was clean, everyone working there was friendly, and I will stay there again when I am in the area next. It is an extended stay hotel, so the rooms have some dishes, a normal sink, a fridge, microwave, and a two-burner counter stove. I didn't cook anything, but was able to go to a grocery store and get some good snacks. The only thing to watch out for is missing the turn- when you see the Panda Express, turn right and you will get to the hotel. It took me a day or two to figure this out because the hotel is on the service road, it is not easy to turn around. But, this is not really the fault of the hotel, although they should consider a prominent sign on the side of the service road.
