Ayres Hotel Anaheim

The hotel is not great but it’s not terrible. It’s right in line with your standard overpriced Hilton Hyatt Holiday Inn run-of-the-mill kind of standard hotels. It doesn't really have that wow factor but it doesn’t really have anything terrible about it. It just is your basic stop for a hotel that the staff clearly shows that they’re just there for a job and no one really cares to go that extra mile despite that they claim that that’s what they’re all about. So if you’re looking for a hotel that charges you for secured parking, but it’s not secured and just your basic standard check-in. Stay at thehotel and leave and don’t really have any interactions. This is perfect and if you don’t plan on ordering any of their special packages because that’s just whole Nother nightmare.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beautiful. The complimentary breakfast was very good with tons of variety. The location was ideal for access to freeway to other areas and Amusement parks

I requested a walk-in shower when booking my room however upon check in was told that was not available which caused some difficulty in taking showers. There was however a seat and bars in tub/shower which helped.

overall customer service was excellent. friendly staff and prompt service when i requested something to be delivered and done.

breakfast was good, although you could have also added a chef that can cook our customized eggs for omelette, sunny side up , over easy, etc. but overall, it's ok.

The convenient location to access any locations,but honestly the great customer service !at the reception,at the time of arriving super easy check in and a time of check out,the complimentary breakfast was excellent and the cook,they make us feel like home thank you guys.!!shout off to Leslie and the 30 year old guy at night!😁🙏.
