Our experience with the hotel was pleasant from the start. Sisipho took time to walk us through the hotel and explained our options. She was forthcoming about what they can and cannot offer which made the decision to choosing the hotel as a venue, much easier. My friend's baby shower was beautiful and we had so much fun. Thank you to the Gqeberha team for ensuring that we have a pleasant experience.

Overall setup lounge area and office desk

The bathtub stopper was not functional. Water kept getting drained even though it was closed. Room 3119 The shower was not comfortably accomodative to a plus size guest Lastly, I'm not sure if it was a butler or security guard, but the guy watched me struggle with my many heavy bags across the parking lot without offering assistance when I came to check in. Unfortunately I didn't have a suitcase with wheels I had a weekender bag, handbag, laptop backpack and an extra fabric bag with shoes.

I had an incredible stay. Was initially allocated a room on the road/sea facing side, which is not ideal as I am a very light sleeper. I asked for a room change and Precious and Funeka made it happen within 2 minutes. A massive thank you to these two incredible ladies!
