Dead Sea Marriott Resort & Spa

Our stay at the Marriott Dead Sea was extremely disappointing, especially considering we paid nearly 600 JD for a Premium Duplex Suite and an additional room. The problems started from check-in. We were told our suite would be ready in 10 minutes, but we ended up waiting for almost an hour before getting access to our room. As a family of five staying in a premium suite, we expected the room to be properly prepared and stocked. Unfortunately, it was not. We were provided with only three coffee sachets, an empty shampoo bottle in the master room, there were not enough toilet paper supplies, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste were not available in the room. When we asked about them, we were told that we needed to request them from reception. On a holiday, guests should be able to relax and enjoy their stay rather than constantly calling reception for basic necessities. We also requested a prayer mat three separate times. Each time we were told that it was on its way, yet it never arrived. Additionally, I requested a mosquito repellent device for the room. A device was eventually delivered, but when I plugged it in, it did not work, which suggests that equipment is not being checked before being handed to guests. The most frustrating experience was the transportation service to the beach. While at the adults-only pool, we asked a staff member how to get to the beach. We were told it was too far to walk and that a golf cart would arrive within five minutes. We waited for over 30 minutes. During that time, two golf carts arrived and picked up other guests who had only just arrived. When we asked again, we were repeatedly told to wait another five minutes. Eventually, I decided to walk with my family instead. What made the situation worse was the behavior of one of the golf cart drivers. He specifically told us that he would drop off some guests at the beach and return to collect us.

אהבתי את הכל, הכל היה מושלם.

Excellent room service, delicious food and nice pools

The check in were very late at 5pm. Staff are not friendly. Even no one requested to show us our room location. Its very nosey. We could hear the people in the whole way and the door slapping . Also they didnt provide any tooth brush or soap until we requested.

La struttura è molto bella, le stanze un po’ datate ma con tutti i comforts. Ottima e ricca colazione, noi abbiamo cenato in uno dei ristoranti e il cibo era molto buono.

Noi ci siamo fermati una notte, l’hotel era pienissimo, impossibile trovare una sdraio o un posto in piscina, noi comunque siamo scesi in spiaggia e non abbiamo avuto problemi. I prezzi sono decisamente troppo alti, non giustificati a nostro avviso dalla struttura stessa.
