Kennebunkport Inn

Great location. Pretty but the stairs are steep. Staff was good if obviously inexperienced and a bit over their heads.

No decent coffee until 7am. Really? Ran into several early birds running down the street for cup well before then. Also, don’t advertise facilities you don’t have on the premises. Most guests are not enthused about going a mile or more for a pool etc. The water pressure in the room was low in the sink. Breakfast was pathetic for the room price unless you love danish, apples and over-sweetened cereal packs. Parking was really tight.

Classic hotel in the perfect location to enjoy Kennebunk. Having access to other properties from the same group is an amazing perk.

The location of the Kennebunkport Inn is perfect. Parking is free and although not ample, we never had an issue. The room we got was cozy but totally fine for a couple. It was clean and bathroom updated. The continental breakfast was a welcome treat for a quick yogurt and coffee. It’s a small hotel, no elevator. So if you have walking issues, be sure to ask for a 1st floor room.

I didn’t like the hotel. It’s dirty, including the air conditioners. The rug going up the steps had ,b.

Historic building that is showing the age of its renovations (some time ago.) Lobby area and restaurant are charming (and the Burleigh restaurant and bar is very good). Rooms are spartan, but relatively spacious. No desk. Wifi terrible and often unavailable. Bathroom is adequate. Beds and linens adequate. Overall cleanliness is probably fine, but the age issue makes that cloudy. Staff were uniformly nice and helpful. Overall, probably not worth the money, but great location and it is Kennebunkport and an historic building, so not a terrible choice. We won't likely be back.

Great property, lovely rooms, very limited restaurant, service, and breakfast service considering the price

Excellent location right in the middle of Kennebunkport. Cozy room with comfortable beds. Very clean. Attentive staff. Restaurant and bar onsite. Lots of places inside and out to sit and relax. Overall very charming.

Very expensive. Typical minor inconveniences when staying in an old building: bathroom was tiny, outlets weren’t convenient/working properly, hot water took awhile to kick in, bathroom door didn’t shut properly.

A localização é perfeita, bem central, o hotel é antigo, o que me incomodou foi o piso que rangia e que estava tudo fechado, bar do hotel, assim o aspecto era de abandono (TRISTEZA), o quarto é pequeno, mas confortável, o café da manhâ é aquele continental americano típico, sem muitas opções, tem bicicletas, infelizmente não pudemos utilizar, já que o tempo não colaborou. Na temporada deve ser ótimo, tomar um drink no deck.
