Quality Inn Alcoa Knoxville

The breakfast was pretty decent faire, they remade the room really quickly, the beds were adequately comfortable. The staff was friendly for the most part, and the distance to the base camp at Ford Bronco Off-Roadeo in Maryville was pretty short.

Items in the room were in a state of disrepair, the room was muggy with a slightly musty smell when we entered, it seemed like we weren't expected. The coffee maker and other items that are usually set up were just unplugged and stored. The walls are pretty thin as well, I could hear my neighboring rooms at a few different times.

The room size was nice just didn’t get any sleep due to the neighbors next door being loud.

Wish there was something done about the loud noise next door . Also they gave a room key to someone else and double booked the room. We had someone banging on our door.

It was ok. Better than most places.

People were loud after 10pm.

Great location four minutes from the airport. Large clean room with showers that had good water pressure. Needed it just for an overnight stay after arriving after midnight on a flight. Adequate breakfast from 6-9am.

Vending machines didn't work on our floor. They vended the wrong product on the floor below us. Was just trying to get a diet soda after a long flight. Two purchases came out as regular (wrong), not diet. Ended up purchasing water instead.

The front desk staff was so kind.
