Jet tub in the bathtub was not clean and the AC was real loud all through the night

I checked in and then quickly checked back out! This place is a dump. The bathroom smelled like a disgusting gas station bathroom. Literally an aroma of pee. The floors were disgusting. It's supposed to be a non smoking hotel but people were smoking in the hallway and in the elevators. Kids screaming. It's not in a good area/location. There are gambling/slot machine things downstairs. Tried to get my money back and they refused to refund me for the entire booking. Don't stay here.

It wasn't as clean as it should. I had to clean the bathroom myself. It was nosy. People playing loud music early in the morning 6am. Kids running up and down the hallway. A lot of stomping above my head. Hallways smelled like weed. The staff played music while working that was too loud.

I completed the pre-check but the facility said they do not have access. I requested early check in which is an additional $50, but it was not available. I explained my event ended at 12 am and I would check in after to front desk clerk but he just shrugged his shoulders. Asked if there was an area to change clothes and clerk gave me a key to bathroom which had a sign that read not a public restroom. It was atrocious and I almost canceled my stay right then and there. I was sent two threatening texts to cancel my booking because I had not checked in. The elevator and hallway to my room was dirty. Upon arrival the floor in my room was dirty, the refrigerator was dirty, the joining room door was unlocked and the other room was occupied, the bathtub had hair in it, the shower wall was dirty, the air conditioner had crumbs/debris in it, the window would not close. I was too afraid to look in the microwave. Although quiet hours were posted, it was never quiet and you could hear everything through walls, doors, and ceiling. I want ALL of my money back. This should have been no more than 89/night if that. At least then I would not have had high expectations.
