Quality Suites

Hotel was a quality suites hotel and rooms were impressively clean and an impressive deal for two rooms if one wasn't half destroyed.

Many things were broken, the sofa bed came off the floor when unfolded, coffee maker did not work, half the lamps did not work in both rooms, we had to reset outlets to get most to work, hair dryer was half ripped off the wall, and the toilets o ring was warped causing it to always flush. Lastly the vending machine in the lobby stole a friends money three times without refund or a sold out warning and hotel staff offered no assistance other than saying "Its a third party."

All around good. Breakfast was just ok though

The breakfast was awful. Eggs were cold and they served spoiled ham every day. Room was not clean. There were sucker sticks and food behind the couch. Won’t stay here again. I regularly travel to Indy for work.

The food was old and stale. Juice was spoiled. Mattress on pull on couch was extremely stained Toilet didn’t flush Sink didn’t drain
