Room was clean and bed was comfy.

Front desk staff was very slow and the whole layout of the property was very confusing, especially since we arrived almost midnight.

Off exit Breakfast staff were nice

Hard to find - many buildings not labeled - front desk person not helpful or interested in helping - breakfast in a different building- also hard to find the entrance or park nearby as it was a cold morning. Some towels were dirty

"Nice stop on the way up north!"

Great breakfast and rooms have been updated. Common areas could be updated more (elevators need some significant updating). This property’s grounds are stunning. It would be nice if they would be better with digital keys. With a little TLC it will be worthy of five stars. Breakfast really is great and our son loved the space to run around. Will stay again.
