Innsbruck Inn at Stowe

Loved the Inn and its location. The drive to get to the Inn was stunning and while there comfortable and clean with friendly staff. I’d come back and even organize a family event here.

Excellent stay! Cute, clean, and comfortable. The amenities were slightly limited given the time of year, (pool is seasonal) but the game room (ping pong, oversized Jenga and Connect four) provided ample amusement for my kids. I really enjoyed that the game room had actual games and not an arcade. Complimentary breakfast was a MUCH better quality than many other hotels. Pancakes, French toast, eggs, bacon, sausage, waffle makers, bagels, yogurt, coffee, juice, etc. Additionally, in the afternoon there’s coffee & tea, cookies, cheese & crackers and a big crock pot of French onion soup. I’d driven by the Innsbruck many times, I’m glad I decided to stay this go around. I’ll definitely be back.

I had a wonderful stay at the Innsbruck Inn at Stowe, VT. The room was spacious, comfy bed, charming Austrian touches, and a gas fireplace which was very appreciated last weekend. The room had an inside door and an outside door, very convenient. Saturday morning I went down to breakfast, which I had assumed would be the typical buffet. Instead, the chef came out and personally asked for my order from the menu. He made the most delicious omelette with veggies and cheese, delicious home fries and toast. The Stowe Rec Trail for biking, walking, etc. started right outside the Inn's property and I walked it each day I was there. Most of it meandered right beside a river so you heard the water as you walked and views of the snow capped mountains at each turn. The woman who checked me in was very friendly and, since it was Halloween, told me where to view all the little trick or treaters downtown and she named quite a few restaurants for dinner. The Inn is close to everything, lots of restaurants, downtown, hiking trails, road to Mt. Mansfield and the road to Smuggler's Notch.Rustic and warm I would highly recommend staying here.

The Inn was great. It is an old building but do not let that deter you when you come upon it. The room was very nice, extremely roomy and well appointed. The beds are one of the most comfortable that I have ever slept in. There is a very handy desk for working. The Wi-Fi works well. There is also a table with two chairs, a dresser and a tv. The bathroom is spotless and quite roomy as well as functional. There is a second vanity and sink outside the bathroom. There is a closet with bathrobes, a microwave, coffeemaker and fridge. Between4-6pm there are snacks served. The day I was there they had cheese and crackers, Soup as well as coffee and tea. Breakfast was awesome. Everything was fresh and homemade. The offering was huge. Eggs, bacon, sausage, home fries, pancakes, french toast, waffles (you make them yourself) cereal, yogurt, toast, bagels, hard rolls, english muffins. Fruit juices and real maple syrup. The staff was gracious and helpful from the front desk to the chef. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location; very attentive staff. Calm, serene and peaceful surroundings but very close to good eating places. We were treated like family. The evening snacks and good breakfast are included.
