According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarised authorisation signed by the absent parent, along with a notarised copy of that parent's ID. "Ótimo apart hotel, excelente localização"

É um excelente apart hotel, com uma localização privilegiada. Quarto enorme, cama ótima, lençóis de boa qualidade, tv com vários canais, micro-ondas, fogão, geladeira, tudo funcionando bem.

O único defeito desse hotel são os banheiros muito pequenos. O box é minúsculo e o chuveiro foi fixado muito alto, na parede junto ao teto. A água vem na sua cara, não há espaço para você recuar para que a água venha na altura do peito.(tenho 1,68 m, deve ser pior para quem é ainda mais baixo).

"Poderia ter sido boa , estrutura e localização muito bons . Porém no quesito segurança é frágil ."

Localização boa .

Falta de segurança . Não pedem identificação para entrar no hotel e acessar dependências . Um funcionário abriu a porta do nosso quarto para fazer a reposição do frigobar . Ao realizar reclamação na recepção , nem desculpas pediram . Só disseram que iria conversar com o funcionário. Me senti extremamente vulnerável e desrespeitada

Sempre quando vou no Estádio Alianz, me hospedo neste hotel!!! É só sair do hotel e atravessar a rua, tudo de bom!! Atendimento, limpeza e café da manhã nota 100000000!!!
