According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarised authorisation signed by the absent parent, along with a notarised copy of that parent's ID. "Ótimo custo benefício"

Os funcionários são cordiais e muito solícitos. O quarto é ótimo, tem tudo que é necessário e bem amplo. A localização é perfeita para quem pretende ir aos eventos no Allianz Parque. Tem shopping, supermercado e farmácia bem próximo, enfim, muitas facilidades. O café da manhã é muito bom, com várias opções e horário até 10h. O restaurante fica aberto até tarde nos dias de shows.

O colchão era duro, poderia ser um pouco mais confortável.

Do fato de terem somente 2 elevadores para muitos apartamentos… na hora do checkout fica simplesmente impossível conseguir pegar o elevador, sempre lotado!

Apenas 2 elevadores para 150 quartos quando hotel muito lotado você espera mais de 20 minutos para conseguir pegar elevador. No quarto que fiquei muito barulho de ar condicionado

Gostei da acomodação, da localização, do café da manhã, da equipe de atendimento.

Um dos elevadores estava quebrado e isso causava demora na espera e, consequentemente, insatisfação de todos os hóspedes.
