La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Central Point - Medford

Inside the hotel was being remodeled, which was fine, the staff were very kind, but outside when parking my car, I heard a man talking

I thought the hallway looked dirty it looked like it had not been vacuumed in a while and the elevator floor had paint on it with chips in the floor

The manager was extremely friendly, the hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast could be better, they had very few things to choose from and was bland, but did the job

Could have just chk’d in via self chk-in as the welcome was waiting, the towels Were limited and had hairs, the cleaning personnel were infighting, the service bell boy was stinky and the room was not clean per La Quinta standards…

The air of the indoor pool stung your eyes so bad that we couldn’t stand to be in there long. Pool was too cold and cloudy. Dead cockroach in pool area. Door to room difficult to open then did not secure shut after entering the room without pushing it closed. Stains on bed skirts. Hot humid room that the fan didn’t help to cool.

They charged me for bring a service dog and claimed that i didn't make the reservation directly with the hotel and reserved it with a dog. They almost wanted to deny my reservation. It is 110 degree outside n the swimming pool chloride smell so strong, make me nausea. Will not book this hotel again.

I enjoyed my room, it was very quiet and clean. It was a pleasant surprise, since the exterior landscaping is neglected.

When the people next door or above you use their shower you’ve never heard pipes creak so bad. It sounded like it was going to come into the room. Furniture in the room is old and falling apart. None of the outlets hold plugs they just fall out.
