"Amazing location and staff"

The location was fantastic. Staff were polite and helpful especially Darren who helped us with taking the subway. Rooms were nice and comfy. Gym was great too.

Breakfast probably could be improved. We had much better breakfast in Xi'an and Hangzhou hotels. More dryers in the Laundry area might help.

"Decent Hotel"

Huge buffet selection, only one English Channel on TV (news from Singapore), hallway carpet smells a little like cat urine. Rooms are great, bottled water and drinks provided (coke, sprite, sparkling water, etc.). DO NOT GET MASSAGE, they cost the same amount as the room does per night. Hotel staff very nice and quickly provide everything you need.

"The stay was just okay."

Location. Comfortable bed. Big room. Free water bottles throughout the stay.

The facilities should be better maintained, as it is clearly an older hotel—especially the shower. The photos make it seem like a much newer place. The room should also be cleaned more thoroughly, particularly the carpet, as it felt dusty when walking barefoot.
