Making the reservation was easy, the front desk folks were extremely helpful and accommodating. When the heat/AC was not working in our room, they immediately put us in another room, without any issues. When I attempted to extend our stay, I accidentally made the reservation for a day later than needed. The ladies at the front desk went out of their way to help and correct this issue, as I made the reservation through a third party who was NOT very helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and quiet. Breakfast was ok, tasty, but not hot. I would definitely stay at this location again.

The hotel staff were excellent—polite, friendly, and always helpful. The location was unbeatable. There was a Publix right next to the hotel, within walking distance, as well as a Dollar Tree. The hotel also offers free parking.

If I have to mention something I didn’t like, just to be honest and to point out an area for improvement, it would be the pool towels. They were extremely small and felt more like kitchen towels than proper pool towels. As for breakfast, it was fine for me overall, but it felt a bit limited. Perhaps offering plain (Greek-style) yogurt in a larger container so guests can serve themselves, or adding some chocolate options, would improve it. At times, it also seemed like leftovers were reused—for example, the minced beef appeared to be turned into hamburgers the following day, and the one day round potatoes were served, they looked like they might have been made from leftovers from the previous day.
