Our experience one night on labor day weekend was good. I wish I can give 5 stars, but we hardly slept that night due to a noise from somewhere from the building (all night), pretty sure was from the AC conduct. The hotel is so pretty, clean, quiet. Even our little dog had a good time as well! Employees from the front desk, housekeeping, etc. were amazing! Very kind people. We definitely come back for sure!

Place is old out dated. Its falling a part some staff are nice most are rude. They would fight at the front counter a bunch. Pool is tiny and crowded. Theres like zero sound insulation so you can hear everyone and everything. Put to much chemicals in the water everytime we shower it would burn our eyes and half the time there would be no hot water. Our sink didnt dry. We asked mutiple times about late check out and they kept blowing us off then the day of check out they say they cant they are booked. Even though we had been asking all week. Dont waste your time or money here do yourself a favor stay at towneplace suites estero they just were remodeled last year and they do everything better!
