Motel 6 Oklahoma City, OK

It was suppee ro he a suite with a sofa bed there was nothing in the room but a bed when we tried to walk our dogs they had their dog out and we couldnt get through to walk ourd it was a mess

This property has roaches and needs cleaned badly staff was good but the hotel was bad

The hotel is horrible, would never recommend to anyone else. Horrible customer service the manager is very rude and these employees are even worse. All they want is there money. The rooms are nasty bugs everywhere tv’s don’t work and again employees and even the manager are horrible would 10/10 NOT RECOMMEND to anyone else. They try to profile every person who comes in. By far worst experience ever !

Bugs in the bathroom

Everything started OK. Could hear water dripping in the ceiling. I woke up on the last day of my stay to water dripping from the ceiling into two piles one on a chair one on the floor. Upon calling the front desk to inform them of said leak from the ceiling the person on duty downplayed it to the room above me not closing the shower curtain completely. I was not asked if anything of mine was damaged. I was informed to clean up the piles with the towels in the room and she would call the room above me to get information. Once I cleaned up the water I placed both trash cans available in the room to capture the water still dripping from the ceiling. Upon checking out I went and spoke to the lady on duty about said issue in the room and again she did not seem concerned and played it off as if the water was coming from the people staying in the room above me not closing the shower curtain.

Overall ok, just don't like the idea of this hotel saying that we can't have visitors,when if I ever have a business trip I'm on requires that,I wouldn't be able to follow thru becuase they would terminate my stay and

This motel is tired but clean. It is apparent that this location is family owned and the renovation is ongoing. It is very clean and the staff is very accommodating and friendly. The furnishings are a little outdated but I can understand not spending big bucks for a pet friendly hotel. (Someone's puppy had chewed on the corner of the chest in my room. Great value for a total of $45!

I didn't get to stay at all, my card was saying insufficient funds even thou it had money and the guy working there was very, very rude and said that I couldn't have any visitors. He kept repeating how many people over and over again and saying no visitors allowed, so I finally left because he wouldn't let me make even a partial payment for half cash and half credit card. I clearly had on my booking how many people and so there was no reason to even ask me. I won't stay anywhere that tls me no one can visit me. That's ridiculous. It's a free country if I want someone to visit, that should be my choice.

Arriving at midmight, the hotel showed my reservations as cancelled and Hotels.com makes it impossible to connect while in transit. So at this point you have charged me for a hotel i never stayed in. Great job to you both!

The bed it was really annoying
