Room was spacious

Our stay was extremely disappointing overall. While the room itself was spacious, it was clearly in poor condition with noticeable wear and maintenance issues throughout. Cleanliness and upkeep around the property were also lacking. Cigarette butts were scattered around the grounds, and there was dog excrement throughout the property because there was no designated dog relief area. Another concern was the staff feeding stray cats on the property, which could create flea and sanitation issues for guests traveling with pets. We also encountered insects both inside the room and throughout the hotel. The breakfast was very underwhelming, offering the same four items every single day with no variety at all. In addition, the staff seemed largely indifferent and unhelpful when concerns were raised. Most concerning was the lack of security. The entrance doors were not locked at any point, creating a serious guest safety concern. Unfortunately, despite the large room size, the poor maintenance, cleanliness issues, indifferent service, and security concerns made this a place we would not return to or recommend.

Only stayed one night and it was good. Quiet, clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Nothing went well. This was a dump. The property was not clean. The clientele was sketchy at best. The room smelled. The environment was noisy - loud music until 2:00 am. Lots of loud trucks, motorcycle noise. Sirens blaring. I will not return to this site.

The place was filthy, dated (paint peeling from wall in bathroom), bed squeaked every time you rolled over 😒

The front desk clerk was very nice

The smell wasn't nice and they put booking .com people in the worst room in the hotel
