The staff is always so friendly and helpful! I love the care and attention they give the guests. The pillows were fluffy and the room was clean

The beds are a little uncomfortable but they’re still a good value for the price you pay

The front desk lady was extremely kind and helpful.

This location was a total dive. It was completely run down and we felt very unsafe there. It felt like a drug house. The front desk lady was super kind and helpful. She processed a refund for us but since the booking was through booking.com, we won’t be getting a refund 😩. Extremely disappointing.

Some of the staff at the front desk were nice. The most pleasant part was the waffle house in the parking lot.

*I fell in the shower first day there because a soap dispenser on the wall above the faucet had a terrible leak and dripped soap all over the faucet- with no way to clean it off and also (of course) in the floor of the tub - where there was no hand rail in the shower. *Every day at midnight all of our room keys would be deactivated- was told it was because their "room keys are really sensitive so if you put them next to anything electronic it wipes them" which could be a thing but the room keys I used fine at 11 50pm went out to smoke a cigarette in the smoking area came back in with same key card at 12 02 pm and then had to go get new keys. Every.single.day. *when we checked in there 2 towels and a floor towel- the shower curtain doesn't contain water and my shower (that i fell in) left 2 inches of water on the entire floor and smoked my dirty clothes so now I have wet dirty clothes. Also had to go exchange all the 2 wet towels and floor mat towel to the desk to get new ones. *there was a fire alarm day 2 at 1am because the exhaust vent in the 2nd floor laundry room somehow disconnected? And the heat set off the sensor. The fire department had to come out and reset the sensor. * the tv in the room doesn't get any connection- it turns on but is unusable. * our toilet clogged (after I pee'd) and we had to go down to the desk to report it and was told by desk they'd try to find a plunger.10 minutes later there was a knock on the door and we were handed a plunger where we had to unclog our own toilet and then bring the plunger back to the desk. * front desk employee was rude af at checkout. *had to call guest relations to report the issues since manager was never there. Guest relations also couldn't contact manager either made a formal complaint and incident report and now im waiting a response through my email in 5-7 days. *the coffee at the front with breakfast has like 2 scoops of coffee per gallon like they were trying to save coffee.

Price was decent for the king suite.

Pillows were small and flat. They list good breakfast but was not. Having to use your smartphone to watch TV as if you were in a dorm room
