Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Rice Lake

For the price of $80-$90, I wasn't sure I'd get such a tasty breakfast, but I was pleasantly surprised! The meal was absolutely delicious. The virtual kiosk at night was a great feature, providing excellent assistance when needed. I also liked the convenient location next to Kwik Trip. Overall, the staff provided great service, making my stay very enjoyable.

The room was very nice and clean. As a Wisconsinite I value cleanliness and kindness above all. I received both at this hotel.

My stay was really good. The room was clean, neat, and peaceful, with no noise from the roadside. The best part was getting an iced tea, which I loved! The omelet was tasty too. At night, I accidentally forgot my key in the room, but the virtual kiosk handled my security well and quickly helped me get a new key. The front desk staff also took great care of me during check-in. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and I highly recommend this place to everyone.

No road/traffic noise!

Staff was wonderful.Hotel serves its purpose, with a 24hr quik trip next door. They also do offer a breakfast, which is cute and even has iced tea .

The place was clean, and what I liked the most was the friendly and helpful staff. There was also a kiosk in the lobby that assisted me in finding nearby restaurants. The breakfast was decent, though with limited options, but the omelette was really tasty. Overall, I had a great stay, and I would definitely consider returning in the future.

Breakfast was available earlier than advertised which I appreciated as I had to leave before it would have been offered. Good stay overall, very solid option at $75-80 per night. I liked that it was next to Kwik Trip.

Stayed two nights! They are great.

I had an unpleasant experience during my recent stay. The staff member at the front desk who assisted with my check-in was unprofessional. He was chewing tobacco, which caused an undesirable smell, and he did not have a name tag, making it difficult to identify him. Additionally, he seemed to struggle with understanding English, which complicated my request for a room on a lower floor due to my leg problem. The room itself was disappointing. The toilet appeared unclean, with brown spots that suggested it had not been properly cleaned after the previous guest. Furthermore, the bed cover seemed reused without being changed, just rearranged to appear tidy. This lack of hygiene and attention to detail is unacceptable, especially from a Wyndham property.
