Nasty room. Blood in tub. Stains on sheet and towels

Did not stay requested a full refund the lock didn't work there were burn marks in the sheets mold it's a rent by the hour place the pictures do not look anything like the place Total lie. This was all from a family member that checked in the night before we were supposed to they refused to stay.

Fake photos nothing look like the photo that was in the online booking the person who actually went to the place the night before we were to check in with scared to death there's no lobby random people no elevator mold cigarette smoking room all of the rooms.

Mold in the ceiling, drugs all around, ceiling coming down in the room. And they won’t refund my money. I refused to stay there. The pictures on booking.com are totally false.

Location

There was a condom on the floor , it was dirty, there were people smoking pot in the court yard who appeared to love there , there was rap music blaring in the lobby when I checked in .

The gal who checked us in was very nice and professional

It had several lamps but only one worked. The pillows were so flat I had to fold it in half to get any support. The picture that was supposed to be hung up was leaning against the wall. There were cigarette holes in the sheets. Nothing in our room looked like the pictures on the website. I should have known better when I saw a handwritten sign that said no refunds for any reason. The room behind us played the music loud until well after midnight and started again At 7a all day. Some guy who apparently lived on site parked cockeyed taking up 2 spots to avoid anyone parking near the car.

Nothing at all

This was without a doubt the nastiest place I’ve ever been to. Room was filthy, curtains had holes in them. Room smelled BAD. The bathroom was nasty and in bad condition. The police were there when I arrived. They said they are called there every day. Residents were outside yelling. Outside of place was nasty and the handrails were loose. I ended up walking out after looking at the room and returning the key. Lost the $200 and ended up sleeping on my truck after attending the concert I was there for. Very hurt and disappointed. Will never use booking.com again. Ratings ere misleading on your site.

Absolutely nothing. It was the most disgusting place I've ever seen in person.

No refunds. Period. Complete filth. I can't even begin....there were dead flies on the ac, holes in the walls, toilet was literally in the shower. Toilet paper on the bed, not even on a roller. Mirror was filthy. One pillow for 2 beds. Windows so dirty you couldn't see out. Smelled atrocious. We didn't even stay 5 minutes.
