"It as so bad, we didn't stay and haven't been able to get a refund."

The room was filthy. Bedspread stained, furniture broken. Smelled like sewage. We only stayed 2 minutes and left immediately. Now I am having a hard time getting a refund.

I didn't like anything about it.

on Jan 21st my friend scott farmer paided for my hotel through booking.com with venmo...also austin jonson, my son paided cash at property same day un knowlgly... horizon listed a no show but we was already here and never left. we requested a date chsnge and or refund however no resonse still... horizon statrd they never chsrged booking.com account so we deserve 1 night or more stay!!!!!
