room was decent sized,clean, close to gas,7-11 and many food/restaurant options in walking distance and shopping

Location and the staff I encountered were fantastic. Its also great to have a little kitchenette in the room. That being said, I'd keep expectations low. I had lights in my room in need of repair, tv didnt work, base trim peeling off the walls, and there wasnt a lot of insulation for noise- especially on the bottom floor. You could hear traffic outside, anyone walking in the hall, and neighbors moving around upstairs. Otherwise everything was pretty clean and the price compared to the other places around wasnt to be beat for the neighborhood.

Overall, a good experience. I would stay again.

Great place to stay except if you are on the bottom floor you can hear everything the upper floor is doing, floor creaking, things being dropped, talk etc. woke me up several times during each night I was there.

Room was OK, Bed & Floor had little black Bugs; Few Homeless around Site, had to make sure Car was Locked & Parked close to Door;

Good location. Just across the street from south premium outlets. Lots of restaurants nearby

We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Floors hadn’t been cleaned in a while, mattresses were terrible, room set up was awkward to watch tv.

The property is a bit more rundown than the pictures but the staff has been very courteous and helpful.

some previous travelers mentioned the kitchen/room was not clean. i was worried very much but it turned out to be very clean. i just wish the kitchen will be more equipped ( not a problem for me cuz i had everything from camping before the stay)
