Front desk service was good and friendly. Only downfall was we saw multiple cockroaches in the room.

The room was OK I guess, but the beds were hard. Whatever cable company they use runs commercials every 5 minutes. Even on movie channels, So relaxing watching TV was a waste of time.

DISABLED PEOPLE BEWARE: the "ADA room," while spacious, is not actually ADA compliant. The toilet is too low and the only grab bar is BEHIND the toilet which is...unhelpful at best. The only reason we were able to stay was that we had brought our own over-the-toilet commode that is proper height and has its own grab bars. Without that it would have been impossible for me, as a wheelchair user, to go to the bathroom in the "ADA" room. Also, they claim 24/7 staff availability (including the sign on the door and our check-in paperwork!) Still, we called weeks in advance to let them know that we would arrive after 3am. They told us it was no problem and gave us a number to call. We arrived at 4:40am, immediately called the number and left a message and got ne response. We also went into the lobby (the door is always open) and called for a staff person and got no response. At 5am someone who we later learned was the on-site security person who was supposed to check us in when we arrived came by the van and told us that there is nobody there between 5am and 8am (at that time, she told us that she didn't work there.) We had no choice, after a 14 hour drive, but to sit in our van for over three hours for staff to arrive and check us in. The staff were all very kind and responsive, unfortunately the manager was rude and unhelpful. The free donuts are a nice touch.

I wanted a room with a coach and never got one. the pictures on the Las Vegas website and the Expedia website for the executive room both show a coach in the pictures. There was none!!! they told me if i wanted to book again and mention before i booked that i wanted that kind of room i would have to ask ahead.

Staff at front desk was extremely helpful. The only thing that I will rate "bad" is the beds, otherwise it was an enjoyable stay.

Enjoyed everything bout r stay handicap room was perfect for my paralyzed family member security guard lady do nice friendly frequent rounds 🤗will deff be staying here for now on when we visit Vegas

Lots of people smoking around parking area. The room is nice and spacious.

I like that it has the kitchenette, we can cook some simple meals. Don’t like that it only staffed before 7pm

It’s a good place to stay if you would like more of an apartment feel. Nice having a full kitchen etc…

Perfect lodging place. It's right across the outlet mall, close to gas stations, eateries, freeway, the strip. Very convenient. 100% non smoking facility 👌 quiet. They have a fitness room
