Westward Inn & Suites

We were greeted by the lady at the desk when we arrived. After checking in, we were directed to our room located near a corner. This was a great location.. The mattress on the bed was older and you could feel every move you made. I needed to go purchase a pillow for our 7 night stay as I needed a different pillow height than the one that was on the bed. The motel is older but in decent conditon. The cost was very pleasing. The cleaning ladies were efficient and alot of fun to joke around with. If we stay in Langley again, we will again look into staying at this motel.

Great location with great staff. Rooms are dated but convenient enough.

Environment not very conducive and deposit taken wasn't refunded. Deposit wasn't mentioned initially by Expedia.

Called them that we are going for a late check out at 10:30pm. They waited for us so we could check in. I appreciate their service and hospitality. Room was clean and it smell nice.

Lots of food options near by. Bed wasn’t very comfy.

They fully charged for a night and they didn’t have me my room. The lobby was already closed before time.

nice to have parking in front of our unit and level entry for all units. They had a nice coffee bar in lobby but we would have preferred a coffee machine in unit. Very thoughtful to have AC on in unit for arrival as super hot outside.

It's quite old but it's well kept and maintained, and clean. Easy access to malls, store. Rosemary was great and was very accomodating and was eager to answer all my queries. She was also considerate that even the laundry was supposed to close at 9:30, she gave us until 11:00 just to finish our laundry.

The room was neat and clean. Lance was so warm and welcoming. We for sure coming back.
