Hampton Inn NY-JFK

Estaba cerca del aeropuerto. La habitación era amplia. El desayuno muy bueno y variado. Había café todo el día para poder disfrutar. Las personas de la recepción eran muy simpáticas y dispuestas a ayudar.

A ciertas horas del día (desconozco el porqué) salía olor a m4rihu4n4 desde el aire acondicionado o en el baño. La pieza se pasaba a ese olor completamente y era muy desagradable.

Bar/restaurant needs more staff--the lone lady server was struggling to cope. Even though she was very busy, she maintained a smile and was very professional.

The room and hallway smell like weed

I booked this hotel because I had an overnight layover at JFK, and the location was very convenient to the airport. The bed was comfortable, and an American breakfast was included in the rate.

I waited over an hour for the shuttle, when the estimated wait time should have been no more than 20 minutes. No one was able to explain why the shuttle was running so late. Additionally, the front desk staff told me there was a TSA staffing shortage at JFK Airport. However, after speaking with other passengers, that did not appear to be accurate. I also have TSA PreCheck, yet I was advised to arrive at the airport much earlier than necessary. Please remind your front desk team that JFK provides real-time TSA wait times online, so guests can make informed decisions before heading to the airport. Unfortunately, I could have had an extra hour of sleep instead of waiting unnecessarily.
