La atención del personal fue excelente, incluso el director del hotel te atiende y está al tanto de todo. La ubicación es perfecta, está cerca del metro y te puedes mover con facilidad. El desayuno es variado y está muy bien.

No nos gustó el ruido por las noches de las duchas de las habitaciones vecinas, y se escucha casi todo lo que sucede en la habitación de al lado.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is amazing - the metro station is only a 5-minute walk away, making it very easy to reach any part of the city. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. We would especially like to thank Antonio at the reception, who kindly provided our room before the official check-in time. His hospitality made a great first impression. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also appreciated that the director personally came to ask guests whether everything was satisfactory during breakfast. This attention to detail and genuine care for guests was a very nice touch. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable throughout our stay.
