"Great location and spacious rooms but hotel needs better maintenance and cleaning."

You can't beat the location and access to restaurants and stores. In addition, the rooms are very spacious.

The hotel is not very well maintained nor is it clean. Additionally,the beds were very uncomfortable and squeaky, making it very difficult to relax and get a good night's rest. Furthermore, their indoor pool is out of service this season.

Ocean front and close to live music

It was a may trip and was expecting the pool to be available in case to chilly to swim on beach but wasnt told and found out 2 days before our trip the pool wasnt open this season. Beds were like sleeping on rocks pull out sofa was definitely well used.

Bed was harder than concrete couldn't sleep the entire time we were there, phone in the room wasn't working, pool was out of service but the front desk failed to tell us this when checking in (even got a little paper with pool hours from them), never seen the house keeping staff the entire time we were there, not enough parking room for guest. We were in town for work had this been a vacation it would have been ruined. Virginia Beach was definitely a nice place other than this. Feel like we were way over charged for what we were offered in return.

It was literally on the ocean front. The room was great for our family.

Parking! Very limited a some people took up multiple spaces with their vehicle. Was afraid to even leave for fear of not having a parking spot to come back to. Luggage dolly’s there needs to be more

veiw was amazing!

blinds were broke, so you could see into the room where we were sleeping. dead bolt didnt lock, water damage in kitchen area, 4 towels for 3 people for 3 days equals gross... bathroom mirror didnt work, needed a paint job and the beds were HORRIBLE. every movement made the beds squeak so loud!
