"I didn't get a chance to stay at the hotel at all."

Nothing at all because I wasn't allowed to stay at this location. They couldn't find my reservation at all so I most Definitely didn't get a chance to stay and enjoy it. Paid my money for nothing, I don't have money to give away?? Had to end up getting another hotel spent $500 waiting for a refund now

I couldn't stay at the hotel because they couldn't find my reservation and I ended up getting another hotel so inconvenient and unprofessional and It was Embarrassing. I felt humiliated

The room we got was a nice clean room.

The room we reserved was not the room we got. Not even the same hotel. The breakfast was supposed to be complementary. It was not at the new hotel. If they were going to move us, they could have let us know more in advance. I got an email 30 minutes before check-in time. I hope that I didn't get charged more.

"Its ok."

Near the convention. There is a gym, washer and dryer and breakfast.

Toilet problem everyday, no water in the tank to flush, no soap, and sink is clogged. Same breakfast every day.
