Beautiful spa but due to transition services were curtailed. No hot tubs on property. Restaurant shuttle was fine to Black Desert

When we arrived it was late at night. The hot water didn’t work and the maintenance guy didn’t know why, in the morning it still wasn’t working so they comped us to a beautiful King suite and gave us a 50$ discount to our room. They helped us move our luggage and were very attentive. We had a wonderful experience and appreciated all the help.

The property was beautiful and scenic very relaxing. However the room needed updating and the restaurant was only open for breakfast and not lunch or dinner. Other amenities were fabulous.
