Well we couldn’t take a hot shower due to cold water. The toilet seat was broken, the iron wouldn’t heat up so I couldn’t iron my clothes, the sink drained slow. The only good thing was the lady that assisted us moved us to another room to accommodate us. We will see how tonight’s stay goes

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The ladies at the front desk were especially kind and welcoming – truly a breath of fresh air after a long day of travel. They had big smiles, friendly attitudes, and went out of their way to make me feel at home. Check-in was smooth, and they even gave me some great local recommendations for food and activities My room was spotless, quiet, and super cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like the extra pillows, nice toiletries, and soft towels. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything clean and refreshed throughout my stay. The hotel offered everything I needed – a relaxing pool, a clean and well-equipped fitness center, and a great breakfast in the morning. The dining area was tidy and well-stocked, with fresh coffee and a variety of options to choose from Again, I can’t say enough about the staff. The front desk ladies really stood out – always ready to help, answer questions, and make sure I had everything I needed. The bedding on the bed was disgusting, full of dust and footprints on the sheets
We did not use this reservation. It is "terrible" rating just for the property being uncooperative in refunding the reservation. We requested a refund 3 weeks in advance when we found the event we were attending was cancelled due to family tragedy. Property refused to refund.
