Great hotel, they pay attention to details which is amazing. I love this hotel

This was a terrible place to stay. There were things left in our room from a previous occupant. The bath tub was dirty. The towels had spots on them. To top it all off, there were roaches!

There we roaches in the room. Tons of them and the room was dirty

The room was extremely dirty, not well kept at all. I killed 5 cockroaches!!!! Yes, cockroaches. I was not expecting 5-star facilities, but something can be simple yet clean. This place was not. It was truly awful. The only reason I stayed was because I was just going to spend the night and go catch a flight in the early morning. I could not have stayed more than one night there. At least the sheets and towels were clean... but overall, I was very surprised and disappointed at how filthy the room was.

The bald guy was very rude. I understand business is business but he kicked me and my son out. (7 and autistic) He knocked really hard on the door saying y'all gotta go in a nasty welat. Yes I went completely off because there's people selling drugs and prostitution on the property and they're still here. I have been nothing but respectful to everyone that's here. I'm just a woman that's trying to get ahead and get up outta here. I go to work, mind my business, and I don't have company at all. All other staff was nice, except the bald light skin one that doesn't care at all. I hope corporate sees this

Do not waste your time and book here. I had to change my room 3 times dues to the first two room I walked into being dirty.

It's was a good time for the price
