"Checked out 20 mins after getting there. Got zero money back!"

It’s close to the strip.

The workers told me I can checkin before I drove 9 hours and booked room and when I get there at 11pm they tell me they’ll call the cops if they see me back on the property! Got zero money back from this!!!!

This hotel was not what was advertised, there was mold all through the room and I ended up sleeping in my car because it was to moldy. My neice could not stay with me at this property because I didn’t have legal guardian paperwork however it’s for sex trafficking but the man was rude about it. No food as advertised no wifi and the tv was so old you could see the dots on the screen. This was after realizing gunk was stuck on the remote. Overly nasty.

Everything I really would like my money back. Couldnt use anything, and didn’t stay at the property,

"Estancia incómoda y servicio deficiente 😕"

La ubicación fue conveniente y el proceso de salida fue rápido.

El piso estaba sucio, la puerta del baño estaba dañada, las toallas tenían mal olor y las camas eran pequeñas. El servicio durante el registro fue deficiente. Éramos 8 personas y nos hicieron registrarnos uno por uno, lo que tomó mucho tiempo. Además, nos cobraron un dinero extra que no entendí, ya que reservamos 2 habitaciones con camas dobles y reportamos 8 huéspedes. También había olor a marihuana en los alrededores, lo cual fue incómodo para nuestra familia.
