Not the most modern apartment, was an old house

Good location right in Old San Juan, step out and beaches and attractions are a walkable distance.

Far too dingy and old unit. I'm pretty sure there was mold somewhere in there as there was a smell. It was also quite humid with no air (windows were boarded up) and the bathroom was AWFUL! Small and so so so dirty. I didn't feel comfortable enough to take a shower or even step in the bathroom without shoes on so I moved to a different hotel JUST so I could comfortably use the bathroom without feeling sick to my stomach. I understand it's in OLD San Juan so it's not been renovated too much but seriously I was appalled they didn't update it just a little to at least make it cleaner and not synonymous to a biohazard.

Location was good. Easy to walk to everything. Staff is friendly. The manager allowed us to stay at the sister property the night we didn’t have water but it was inconvenient to change properties like that.

Our first night we didn’t have water at all. So the place was useless. It also just seemed dingy and dirty. Plus there were no windows to see the ocean as they were boarded up. But you wouldn’t want to anyway as there are no windows and it’s muggy. Also you are right on the road so you hear all the cars and all the honking. It’s a main road so you also hear all the people walking by.

No nos gustó ! Lo único bueno era la ubicación. Oscuro, húmedo, las ventanas no se abrían, la cucheta era para niños, el agua fría, una puerta que daba a un patio sucio y con caídas de agua. NO VOLVERÍAMOS! El agua salía con olor en fin mejor olvidar! Rescatable el personal del hotel donde hay que retirar la llave ( que tampoco funcionaba bien)

La ubicación muy buena, Exelente para caminar por todo el viejo San Juan.

El personal del check in más bien antipático. El apartamento tiene mucho potencial, le falta cariño, mantenimiento y limpieza. Cocina, piso y baño deficiente la limpieza… parece que no lo hubieran limpiado, por eso ni utilizamos la cocina de lo sucio que estaba. Haciendo una limpieza exhaustiva mejoraría mucho la experiencia, ya que la ubicación y amplitud muy bueno. Recomendación cambiar la cortina de baño.

The bathroom design. It was so small and there is a lack of shelving and hooks for towels. The number of towels could be better.
