Spark by Hilton Chattanooga Downtown

Service was friendly and attentive. Lobby was clean and bright. Pool needed cleaning. Room was comfortable but smelled of mildew. The hotel is located very close to the highway but noise couldn’t be heard indoors.

Andy at the front counter was very welcoming and even provided suggestions for things to do and dinner places. Much appreciated.

Really liked that the hotel was pet friendly. We were able to bring our dog and hotel is a short drive to downtown. Would definitely stay again.

Jayson was super friendly and professional. Every interaction with him was enjoyable. My room was on the fourth floor, which was clean, but the hallway was very stale and musty smelling. The breakfast area was clean and well maintained but hot food was not available.

Parking good. Breakfast maybe need a little more variety

The breakfast was minimal, could have had more items. The staff was excellent. The parking was free.

When I approached the front desk, I saw a woman in a hoodie and a ballcap. Let's be real. This is Hilton, right? After I told the associate that I wanted to check in and repeated my last name like four time, how she got the wrong reservation was beyond me. I was supposed to check out on Sun, not Mon. When I asked if there was any upgrade available, she literally said "You got a king bed. What do you want?" Ok, do I need to explain what an upgrade is? Do you even work here? As soon as I stepped into the room, it was small (about 20' by 16') and the floor was STICKY. No, not only entry way was sticky. The bathroom floor was sticky as well. What do these people mop the floor with? Coca Cola? The bath tub had mildew/mold all around the caulking. Nice. Then I noticed all the shoddy craftmanship from the remodeling. This is basically a dressed up seedy motel.
