On nous a donné une veille chambre qui avait une mauvaise odeur on a vu des bungalows rénovés face a la mer. On a expliqué le problème et on a payer pour avoir un nouveau bungalow Beaucoup mieux

Quelqu’un a fait ses gros besoin dans nos toilettes sûrement quelqu’un qui nettoyer et n’a pas tirer la chasse d eau

The beach is clean and beautiful. The sand is soft and white. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Amazing that we can watch sunrise and sunset within the hotel.

The layout and room’s facilities are not modern. The TV signal was not very good, but still ok.

Weit weg vom Tourismus auf Phi Phi

Man muss wissen das man dort auf Grund der Lage im Prinzip festsitzt. Die Insel ist auto- und rollerfrei. Das nutzt das Hotel unverschämt aus. Der Wechselkurs ist dort um 10% schlechter als im Hafen und die Gebühr zum Geld abheben wird mit 8% berechnet. Tipp: ausreichend Bargeld mitbringen

Gorgeous resort. Very nice staff. Really peaceful and quiet and amazing beach. We loved that there was a shuttle buggy to our room all the time, since it was located up the hill and was far from the lobby. The room itself was very clean. And very nicely cleaned when we asked for it, since we went a lot to the beach and got some sand inside. The location can be a downside if you like the main area, since we had no idea the only way to get to the resort is by a boat, until we actually got to the pier, so it’s very quiet and isolated.

The pools were not clean at all. At least the ones near our room. We stayed at the upper side of the resort, so the infinity pool area was super dirty. There was a bunch of leafs and bugs in the water. Big bugs. So that made us not want to get in anymore unfortunately. It seemed that the pool near the lobby was cleaner and more well maintained. Also, the meals in the hotel were super expensive. The water in the shower and in the toilet had an awful smell of rotten egg. The room was a bit outdated. But overall it is good value for money.

Beautiful resort, away from the crowds at Tonsai. Great room, gorgeous beach and fabulous staff across the resort. Great to have the buggy service as our rooms were at the top of the hill.

Food on site expensive but other options around
