La limpieza, la atención del personal, la ubicación y la dimensión/tamaño del hotel.

Que no se comunicarán en castellano. Creo que reciben a muchos españoles por lo que pude ver. Para mi no fue un problema pero pondría a muchos las cosas más fáciles.
